PSMBFI benefits discussed in Consultative Meetings
The Philippine National Police regularly conducts Consultative Meetings in order to raise the level of awareness among its personnel, focusing on the program thrusts of the PNP such as the internal cleansing among their ranks, discuss arising issues and concern, and share valuable inputs among its participants. Emphasis is given on concerns pertaining to police operations, morale and welfare, among members.
The participants of the Consultative Meetings are usually composed of Executive Senior Police Officers (ESPO) of the National Support Units, Regional and District offices, the Chief Clerks and other Top Senior PNCOs. The police non-commissioned officers play an important role in helping raise the level of police community partnerships.
A matter of concern relating to morale and welfare is the significance of protection. The Public Safety Mutual Benefit Fund, Inc. is usually invited during meetings to educate attendees of the benefits being extended to members, the privileges they can enjoy, and be updated on current developments of the Association. In turn, the top PNCOs would reiterate and cascade the information to their comrades.
The top PNCOs likewise extend their continuing commitment to PSMBFI and support the plans and programs of the Association.
