Promo Offers:

Referrers will receive a Pluxee e-Gift voucher based on the uniform rank or option of the member they referred during the promo period.

How to join:

1. 1. Referrers must encourage and successfully refer non-PSMBFI members within their respective agencies to become members of PSMBFI.
   2. The referrer and non-PSMBFI member must signed a referral form available at PSMBFI Website (https://psmbfi.com.ph/kabalikat-rewards/) and at PSMBFI Offices Nationwide

       a. Data Privacy and Security Policy/Terms is subject further to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. No. 10173).

3. The referral must be a first-time applicant or must have terminated their account for more than three months.

4. The referral must be working in a PSMBFI partner agency, either as a Job Order or Plantilla (regular) employee.

5. The referral must be receiving their salary through the agency’s payroll system to facilitate premium salary deduction.

6. The referral must pay at least one month of membership fee to be activated as member of PSMBFI.

* To ensure fairness and avoid any potential conflict of interest, employees of PSMBFI are not eligible to participate as referrers or to refer members during the promotional period.

On top of the referral prize, the top five (5) referrers who meet the minimum criteria will receive an additional prize.

* In the event of a tie, priority will be given to the referrer whose referred member was the first to be activated by paying their premium through salary deduction or over-the-counter payment.

How to claim the Pluxee e-Gift Voucher:

1. 1. Once the referral is approved and has activated their membership, the referrer will receive an SMS from PSMBFI containing your Pluxee e-Gift Voucher Code & instruction how to use it within 30 working days.
   2. (15) Working Days after the promotion, Top 5 Winners will be announce on PSMBFI Social Media Page and will be receiving an SMS message from PSMBFI containing your Pluxee e-Gift Voucher Code.
   3. To redeem the Pluxee e-Gift Voucher, the receipient must download the Pluxee App and enter the code.
   4. The code is redeemable at over 10,000 pluxee merchant and app-exclusive stores nationwide.

August 7, 2025 to February 4,2026

Promo Eligibility:

1. 1. The referrer must have been a member of PSMBFI for at least one (1) month prior to the start of this promotion.
   2. The referrer must not be an employee of PSMBFI during the promotional period.
   3. Referrals obtained through recruitment activities and oath-taking ceremonies are NOT eligible.
   4. A referral must be activated by paying their first premium through salary deduction or over-the-counter payment in order to be         considered a valid entry in the promotion.
   5. The referral must be a first-time applicant or a former member who terminated their membership at least three (3) months prior to the start of the promotion.

Other Terms and Condition

1. 1. Non-Transferability of Rewards
      Promo prizes, including the Pluxee e-Gift Vouchers and top referrer incentives, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not convertible to cash, in whole or in part. These rewards are intended solely for the qualified referrer and may not be assigned to any other individual.
   2. Finality of Decisions
      All decisions made by the Public Safety Mutual Benefit Fund, Inc. (PSMBFI) regarding the interpretation of promo mechanics, eligibility, qualified referrals, and prize issuance shall be considered final, irrevocable, and binding on all participants.
   3. Fraud and Misrepresentation
      PSMBFI reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of all referrers and referrals. Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, falsification of information, or abuse of the program, including multiple accounts or forged documents, shall result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes.
   4. Promo Suspension or Cancellation
      PSMBFI reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promo at any time due to circumstances beyond its control, such as force majeure events, regulatory constraints, or system failures, without prior notice or obligation.
   5. Tax Compliance
      Any taxes (including but not limited to income tax or prize tax), incidental expenses, or other charges that may be imposed in relation to the reward shall be the sole responsibility of the winner, in accordance with applicable laws and revenue regulations.
   6. Privacy and Data Protection
      All personal information collected in relation to this promo will be handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). By joining the promo, participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their data for documentation, verification, prize fulfillment, and promotional purposes related to this campaign.
   7. Redemption Period
      Referrers must claim or redeem their e-Gift Vouchers within 90 days from the date of SMS notification. Unclaimed vouchers after this period shall be deemed forfeited in favor of PSMBFI.
   8. No Employer-Endorsed Obligation
      Participation in the promo is voluntary. The promo does not form part of any employment benefit or obligation and is not intended to solicit, endorse, or pressure participation from agency employees.
   9. Dispute Resolution
      Any disputes arising from the promo must be filed in writing and addressed to PSMBFI within 30 working days from the date of prize notification. PSMBFI shall respond within a reasonable time, and its decision shall be deemed final.
